  • iKaro reserve the right to remove any offer or discount without prior notice.
  • iKaro reserve the right to change our menu prices at any given time.
  • It is the customers responsibility to inform staff of any and all allergies prior to dining
  • We do not accept Scottish bank notes in any of our England based restaurants
  • Accepted payment – Cash/card or gift voucher purchased on our official website, iKaro does not accept any promo codes, coupon codes or any promotional discounts by any external sources.
  • The Manager’s decision is final. We can refuse service.
  • Dress code – Smart Casual. We have the right to refuse service if dress code is not adhered to.
  • To help us go cashless: a charge of 12.5% service charge is added to the bill, this is optional and at the customers discretion. Please make the server aware if wanting it removed.
  • Due to Health and safety regulations: It is our policy for food not to be taken away from the restaurant.
  • All promotions, discounts and offers are from the food portion of the bill only, unless otherwise stated.
  • iKaro does not accept liability for any articles damaged or lost from our restaurant.
  • Booking times have a grace period of 10 mins, if running late please call the restaurant. We reserve the right to cancel your booking or shorten your seating time if you are late.
  • iKaro reserve the right to cancel bookings over 8 when no card details are given to secure the booking.
  • All reservations need to be secured with card details: A secure link is sent via text message, this information needs to be given within 24 hours after booking or your reservation will be cancelled.
  • Card details: No deposit is taken when booking, a fee of £20 per person is taken when a No Show occurs, changing or cancelling your booking 72 hours before will not be charged.
  • Changing reservations: If you fail to let us know about a reservation guest count decrease less than 72 hours in advance, we may charge for the missing person’s deposit. Increasing a booking’s guest count may not be possible due to availability.
  • The company reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Table time allocation is 1:45 Minutes. We would appreciate your cooperation and consideration for other guests waiting to be seated.

  • Child Policy: Friday and Saturday from 6PM children under 8 years old are not permitted (last booking with children 4pm). Children may be excluded from dining during special events.
  • Behaviour policy – We have zero tolerance of aggression or violence towards staff or other customers. Our staff have the right to work without fear or abuse.
  • Any items left in the clock room are left at owners own risk, the restaurant takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen

Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • All vouchers are to be redeemed in UK Restaurants only.
  • We provide electronic gift vouchers, sent via email.
  • All vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of sale. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange.
  • Voucher expiry date cannot be extended.
  • iKaro does not accept any prom codes, coupon codes or any promotional discounts by any external sources.
  • Purchase of voucher is not a guarantee of reservation: Reservations are subject to availability and at our discretion, please book on our website, a form for large bookings of 9+ will need to be filled out and we will check availability.
  • Vouchers can be used as full or part payment on goods and services at iKaro Restaurants UK
  • Purchases made with vouchers cannot be refunded in Cash.
  • Vouchers are not refundable in cash or replaceable if lost, stolen or destroyed.
  • The company reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • Our gift vouchers can only be purchased on our Official website.
  • Please inform staff on arrival if you are going to use a voucher.
